1. Who the agreement is with

Influence is operated by Centoria Gate Holdings Limited, Hong Kong company number 79414238, at Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong S.A.R. Contact us at hello@influence.so.

This is an independent affiliate arrangement. It provides commission, not a salary, employment benefits or guaranteed income. You decide when and how to promote, subject to these terms and the rules of the platforms you use. You cannot make commitments on Influence's behalf. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and receive the agreed payments.

Anyone can join. You can visit the partner Discord to ask questions or sign up for a partner account and accept these terms, in either order. There is no application or selection process. Discord membership is required for participation and program updates. We provide support in English, Indonesian, Thai and Filipino. You do not need to meet a sales quota, promote by a deadline or buy a paid membership.

2. Commission and tiers

You earn the following percentage of eligible revenue collected from customers attributed to you:

• Tier 1: 0–5 qualified customers — 35% commission
• Tier 2: 6–10 qualified customers — 40% commission
• Tier 3: 11–20 qualified customers — 45% commission
• Tier 4: 21–40 qualified customers — 50% commission
• Tier 5: 41+ qualified customers — 55% commission

A qualified customer is a genuine distinct customer with a nonzero eligible payment collected at least 30 days ago. Free accounts, unpaid trials, self-referrals, duplicate identities and fully reversed purchases do not qualify. Renewals, additional invoices and multiple workspaces for the same known customer do not add customers. Ordinary customer churn does not lower an earned tier. Suspected fraud or duplicate identities can require a documented correction.

When a promotion takes effect, the higher percentage applies to future eligible payments from all of your attributed customers. It does not recalculate commissions on payments already collected. We reconcile qualification regularly; the portal's conversion total may differ from the matured customer count used for your tier. Ask us if a promotion appears missing.

Eligible revenue is the amount actually collected after discounts, excluding taxes and refunded, reversed or disputed amounts that are not retained. Monthly and annual memberships, renewals, paid upgrades, downgrades and eligible one-time purchases, including Influence IQ credits, are included. A downgrade reduces commission when it reduces the amount collected. An annual subscription earns commission on the eligible upfront payment; it does not create another commission each month without another payment. Free Growth access earns no commission.

“Lifetime” means that eligible payments from an attributed customer continue to earn commission without a fixed number of payments or a fixed commission period. It does not guarantee how long that customer will subscribe, how much they will spend or how much you will earn. Earnings charts are illustrations; a weekly equivalent is not a weekly payment schedule.

3. Referral links and codes

Share your assigned Influence link or public customer referral code. The first eligible referral recorded for a new customer has a 60-day attribution window. A later partner link or code does not replace an existing attribution. The customer referral code is a fallback attribution method, not an extra discount. Current regional prices and any separate product offers still apply.

Existing paying customers cannot be retroactively assigned by entering your code. Do not refer yourself, create duplicate customers, manufacture purchases or route purchases you control through your own referral. Tracking depends on a valid referral, applicable privacy choices and the customer's browser. Blocked or deleted cookies and switching devices can prevent attribution. Report a missing referral promptly with available evidence; we review it without promising automatic reassignment.

4. Your free Growth membership

Every partner receives a private promo code for free Growth while the partnership continues, with the normal Growth allowances. An admin provides the code privately in Discord. It is bound to your partner account and must not be sold, shared or advertised as a customer coupon. Use Influence yourself so that your recommendations reflect real experience. Product use remains subject to the service terms and acceptable-use policy.

If you already pay for Influence, redeeming the benefit switches the eligible subscription to the supported free Growth arrangement. Payments made before redemption are not automatically refunded or prorated. Review the redemption details before confirming. We do not create a second paid subscription for this benefit.

Free Growth access ends when the partnership ends. We cancel the free subscription without generating a new charge or removing its discount before cancellation, and confirm that cancellation completed. Ending the benefit does not automatically turn it into a paid subscription or charge a saved card. Continuing with a paid plan requires a separate purchase decision.

5. Payment

Commissions have a 30-day hold to allow payment and refund checks. We pay in USD by the 15th of each month for payable commissions that completed that hold by the end of the previous calendar month. For example, a commission that becomes payable on 12 October is included in the payment due by 15 November. There is no program payout minimum.

Before the first payment, we agree an available payment method and disclose any recipient, transfer or currency-conversion charges. We do not impose Rewardful Managed Payouts' optional platform fee. A payment provider may have its own minimum or country restrictions. If the agreed method cannot transfer an amount, we retain what you are owed and agree an alternative or carry it forward; it is not forfeited. Missing payout information can delay a transfer until the information is supplied.

The portal reports commission in USD, including its conversion of eligible payments made in other currencies. Native records and corrections determine the amount owed. You are responsible for your applicable taxes; we may request information needed for payment and make deductions required by law, with an explanation.

Refunds, chargebacks and demonstrated overpayments can reduce the related commission. If a correction happens after payment, we explain it and offset the overpaid amount against later commissions. If there are no later commissions, we seek an agreed repayment arrangement. We do not automatically debit your card. You can ask us to review a calculation or provide supporting records by contacting hello@influence.so.

6. Honest promotion and brand use

Make the affiliate relationship clear wherever you recommend Influence. Say that you may receive commission and that you receive free Growth access. Put this disclosure with the recommendation, in the same language, where people will see it. For video, include it in the video itself. Platform disclosure tools can supplement your own clear disclosure.

Only describe experiences you have had and claims you can support. Do not promise guaranteed income, customer results or product features that are not available. Do not spam, impersonate Influence, publish misleading reviews, hide referral tracking or bid on Influence brand names in advertising without written approval. Follow applicable law and each platform's advertising and affiliate rules.

We let you use the supplied Influence name, logo and materials to make accurate program promotions while you are a partner. Do not imply that you own the brand or can speak for the company. Stop new promotion and remove misleading or outdated claims when asked. Keep account credentials and private benefit codes confidential.

7. Leaving the program and disputes

Either side can end the partnership by written notice to the other. An ordinary departure stops new referrals and the free Growth benefit, but preserves legitimate commissions on future eligible payments from customers already attributed to you, at your last earned tier. These payments continue under the same hold, payment and refund rules.

We may pause affected referrals or commissions while investigating a credible report of fraud, abuse or a payment dispute. We will explain the issue and allow you to provide relevant information, unless a legal restriction prevents this. Proven fraudulent, duplicate or otherwise ineligible transactions earn no commission and can be corrected or offset. We do not automatically forfeit unrelated legitimate commissions because the partnership ended.

We may change the program prospectively, with 30 days' notice of material changes where practicable. Changes do not retroactively reduce earned commissions or the rights agreed for already attributed customers. Legal or security requirements may require earlier action; we explain the applicable restriction. A new agreement version must be presented clearly before acceptance is requested.

8. Privacy, records and applicable law

We use your account/contact details, Discord onboarding confirmation, terms acceptance, referral activity and necessary payment information to operate the program. Rewardful provides the affiliate portal and attribution/commission records; Stripe processes customer billing. Do not send bank details, identity documents or private customer information in public Discord channels. We request payment information through an agreed private channel.

Read the Influence privacy policy for data handling and privacy choices. The portal shows the reporting made available by Rewardful; it does not promise access to a customer's private content or every step they take in the app. Tell us about incorrect records or privacy concerns at hello@influence.so.

Hong Kong S.A.R. law applies, subject to mandatory law that applies to you. Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. The English agreement is accompanied by plain-language summaries below; a summary does not replace the full agreement or restrict any mandatory rights. Ask for an explanation in your preferred support language before accepting anything you do not understand.

• The first eligible link or referral code has a 60-day tracking window for new customers. It cannot replace an existing referral and gives no extra customer discount. Privacy choices, cookies and device changes can affect tracking.
• An admin privately provides your code in Discord for free Growth while you are a partner. Previous payments are not automatically refunded. Free Growth access ends when the partnership ends, without automatically converting you to a paid plan or charging your card.
• USD payments are due by the 15th for commissions that completed the 30-day hold by the end of the previous month. There is no program minimum. Agree the payment method and disclosed recipient fees before the first payment. Refunds and proven overpayments can be offset with an explanation.
• Clearly disclose commission and free Growth access when recommending Influence. No spam, misleading claims, self-referrals or unauthorized brand bidding.
• An ordinary departure preserves legitimate future commission from existing referrals at your last tier. Proven fraud can affect related commissions. Read the privacy policy, keep payment details private, and ask hello@influence.so about the full terms before accepting.
